WHAT IS ''PODCAST''?

Podcasting is the publishing of digital media products by downloading to portable devices such as tablets, phones and computers. Thanks to the podcast system, you can subscribe to any radio/television program and watch it with any device. Many podcasts come in the form of MP3 and image files. Podcasts are especially important in distance education. For example, podcasts in the field of education allow teachers and students to share information anywhere and at any time. In additiobnally, listening to the podcast with cell phone, computer and PDA increases its use as a learning tool. Students can follow various lessons as podcasts. English language podcasts are a great opportunity for those who learn English as a foreign language. You can listen to them anywhere and anytime. You can listen during a long journey, on the movei, walking on the road or working at a desk. In this way, people who learn English as a foreign language improve their listening skills by listening to these podcasts.
